The rooms of this spacious apartment extend over 67 m² and are located on the first floor of the holiday home. The real centrepiece of this apartment is the glass conservatory, which floods the entire kitchen diner with sunlight. There is room for 2-6 guests in two separate bedrooms.

Our holiday apartment with garden for max. 5 people (fifth person <14 years) is located in close proximity to the historical center of Vipiteno (3 minutes). On 60 sqm (ground floor) you will find kitchen, living room (sofa bed), bedroom, shower/WC and storeroom.

Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
