The comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 – 2 persons. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. You can also look forward to a large 43´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, some rooms with bidet or WC showe, large mirror and hair dryer. Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.

In addition to the beautiful view of our horse pasture, you can enjoy a few moments in a quiet atmosphere on your own balcony.
