Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. Final cleaning: The apartment is to be left in an orderly condition upon departure; rinsing and putting away of dishes, separation and disposal of waste, emptying of refrigerator, etc. If the apartment is not left in a proper condition, we will charge an additional fee of 90,00 €. The following services are included free of charge in Hotel Lener. -Indoor swimming pool (6:30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.) Towels included. -Sauna area (14:00 to 16:30 and 18:00 to 19:30) (14:00 to 15:00 family sauna) Bath towels included. -Use of large children's playground with slides, climbing park, swings, nesting swing, rope swing, large sandbox with playhouse, table tennis and table soccer. -Indoor playroom -ActivCard light for all public transportation in South Tyrol -Free toboggan rental -Washer

New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 38´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, large mirror and hair dryer. Some rooms also have a balcony (surcharge € 10.00 / night) Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

The apartment “S. Valentin”(38m²) is a spacious and comfortable attic apartment. From the kitchen and the balcony You enjoy the view of the Tatsch’s peak. From the bedroom (3 beds) You can see the little church of St. Valentin. Perfekt for Your family holiday!
The apartment is designate for 3 people. The comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 – 2 persons. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic).
The apartment is designate for 2 people. Nevertheless, the comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 person. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations!
The apartment is designate for 2 people. It´s possible to add a childbed for a little child in the bedroom. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

Kornblume is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom and spacious terrace and balcony. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. End your day on the large terrace.

Red Poppy is an 80m² apartment with bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom, spacious balcony and small garden. There is also a garage available for you. The bedroom is equipped with 6 beds and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The floor and ceiling are made of untreated natural wood from our forest. The bathroom is equipped with two washbasins, shower, WC and bidet. From the eat-in kitchen you have a wonderful view over the Maulsertal, which makes cooking even more enjoyable. If this view is not enough for you, there is also a balcony. Here you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the evening.
