Thanks to the ideal location, you are ready for any adventure – from culture and sports to local cuisine. The highlight is the private garden with sun loungers and a BBQ – your own green oasis in the city. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy views of Mount Rosskopf at breakfast, while in the evening the cozy sofa and the crackling wood stove invite you to unwind. Two bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower to make you feel right at home. Free parking, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine are at your disposal. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the center, bakery, playground, train station, and the Balneum (sauna & pool). ActiveCard included for plenty of free experiences! Dogs are warmly welcome (small extra charge). Arrive, breathe, feel at home – and experience authentic South Tyrol!

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. New from December 2025! All our "superior" rooms are furnished with comfortable Boxspring beds. 3rd and 4th bed in the room with high quality bunk beds. You can also look forward to a large 43´´ flat-screen TV, safe, telephone and minibar. The bathroom benefit from a shower, toilet, some rooms with bidet or WC showe, large mirror and hair dryer. Room picture and amenities can vary slightly (for reservations for less than 4 people can be assigned a smaler room)

The apartment “S. Valentin”(38m²) is a spacious and comfortable attic apartment. From the kitchen and the balcony You enjoy the view of the Tatsch’s peak. From the bedroom (3 beds) You can see the little church of St. Valentin. Perfekt for Your family holiday! The apartment is designate for 3 people. The comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 – 2 persons. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. Nevertheless, the comfortable sleeping-sofa in the kitchen offers place for further 1 person. All the furniture is made in natural spruce-wood, the apartment is fited out in a traditional way. In the kitchen You can find all You need like kitchenware, cutlery to eat and cook, pots and pans, as well as cleaning things for the daily cleaning.

The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains.
