The holiday flat, complete with a terrace and garden (barbecue, is fully equipped for self-catering. The kitchen-diner features a ceramic hob, a fridge with an integrated freezer compartment, a dishwasher, crockery and a dining table seating up to six people; a high chair is provided. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, a desk and satellite TV with internet access (Netflix with your own account). An additional folding bed or travel cot is available on request. The separate living room has two pull-out armchairs (which can be used as double or single beds), a desk, a wardrobe and satellite TV with internet. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet and toilet. There is also a storage room. The flat has no carpets. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed weekly. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the laundry room (coin-operated). Final cleaning, Wi-Fi and a car park (space for bicycles and motorbikes in a garage) are included. Pets are not permitted. The Guest Pass (ActiveCARD Sterzing) is included in the price.
