The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. In February 2014, a rockslide occurred in Tramin in the South Tyrolean lowlands. The Tramin dolomite came down from the mountain into the valley. The hard impact split it into two pieces, but that doesn't matter to a stone. The blocks were cut and gradually made available for interior design and interior decoration. It won't be there forever: That's what makes this special dolomite so beautiful and also valuable.

The gneiss is usually hidden deep in the earth and only comes to the surface under certain conditions – just like your well-earned holiday feelings. That makes these two things real treasures.
