The AQUARIUS apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Residence Maximilian and is also easily accessible via a modern elevator. The AQUARIUS apartment is blue in color. The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating. Warm oiled country house floorboards in the living room and bedroom and non-slip tiles in the bathroom, as well as mosquito screens on the windows are part of the high standard of all vacation apartments. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathrooms have a shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, make-up mirror and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are included in the service. A private parking space and a lockable cellar compartment for bicycles or skis are included in the price.

The Rose apartment is decorated in the color of the rose, it is located on the second floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It has a cozy kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, room safe, and a spacious bathroom. The spacious terrace has a sitting area and beautiful view. The equipment includes a mosquito screen by the windows. Apartment Rose has its own parking space and cellar on request.

Live like at home in your own 48 sq m apartment in the historic Palace Hotel in Gossensass. The holiday apartment boasts a balcony with a magnificent view of the Pflersch mountains, a small kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and satellite TV, a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, washing machine, and hairdryer. The Hühnerspielhütte is located at 1,850 meters, high above the village of Gossensass. It is not accessible by car. You can reach us on foot: from Gossensass it is about 2 hours, from the Dax car park it is about 1.5 hours, and from the Riedberghütte it is about 30 minutes. You can stay overnight or just stop by for a meal. You can stay overnight in our dormitory for 5 people or in one double room. One shared bathroom. For cozy get-togethers, you will find space on our terrace and in the rustic parlor with a tiled stove. The breathtaking panorama of the Tribulaun and the Jaufenspitz is, of course, included free of charge. The ideal stopover for those crossing the Alps. Attention: check-in is possible only till 18.30 !!
