In February 2014, a rockslide occurred in Tramin in the South Tyrolean lowlands. The Tramin dolomite came down from the mountain into the valley. The hard impact split it into two pieces, but that doesn't matter to a stone. The blocks were cut and gradually made available for interior design and interior decoration. The atypical white inclusions make it a very special piece of stone with a strong character. Its hardness, substance, and beauty make it a building material for eternity.

The Residence Maximilian is a low-energy house (Klimahaus A) and is equipped with underfloor heating.
