The apartment “Zuckerhut”(37m²) offers a fantastic view on the valley and the mountains. Lightly rooms and a large balcony are expecting You. The kitchen with sleeping-sofa and the bathroom are on 1st floor, a spiral staircase brings You up to the bedroom (attic). The apartment is designate for 2 people. The apartment “Tatschblick”(30m²) is a comfortable attic apartment. From the bedroom You may enjoy a wonderful view on the valley and the mountains. From the kitchen and the balcony You can see the Tatsch’s peak. Small but very cheerful it comes up to all Your expectations! The apartment is designate for 2 people. Our apartment Bäckergassl (approx. 40m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The apartment has a spacious living area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a table for a cosy get-together and a sofa bed, which can be used as a second double bed. The bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Our Apartment Fugger (approx. 36 m²) is located above our Café Laube35, which is situated directly in the pedestrian area of Sterzing. The Sterzl (approx. 48 m²) is one of our 4 apartments. It is located above our Café and offers a unique view to the city center of Sterzing. The apartment provides a double bedroom and a separated living area. The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen, a table for cosy get-togethers and a sofa bed, which can be used as another double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a sink, a bidet and a toilet. For our customers we provide a free internet connection (WiFi) and satellite TV. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms.
