The charming mountain village of St. Jakob (1,450 m) is situated in the Pfitschtal valley, in the midst of unspoilt countryside offering fresh mountain air and excellent possibilities for lovely walks and hikes through meadows and forests, relaxing cycling tours, unforgettable climbing tours in the fantastic mountains of the surroundings and exciting cross-country skiing experiences (bikes and cross-country ski rental for the residents of our house).
Our house enjoys a quiet and sunny location in the heart of the village (only 15 minutes from the town centre of Sterzing).
If you are looking for a holiday full of rest and relaxation, in a cosy and family-like atmosphere, with a friendly and attentive service, an excellent local cuisine and in the midst of beautiful countryside, our inn is certainly the right place to make you feel at ease, We offer you a nice and comfortable ambience, rooms with shower/WC and partly with balcony (TV on request), a lounge and a café.
In winter you will be able to marvel at a fascinating snowy landscape. Numerous wellgroomed cross-country skiing trails (one of them runs right past our house) lead you through snow-covered woods and meadows. Furthermore you can enjoy Alpine skiing in the nearby ski resorts or make some relaxing hikes through the charming winter landscape.
