The amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, as well as a shared area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The 100 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 7 people. The entire apartment as well as the entrance are barrier-free and suitable for strollers. Amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, and a shared area with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Baby cribs and table seats for children are also available.

Our apartments, completed in 2023, are perfectly equipped. Apartment small has a separate children's bedroom with three beds, a double bed and a spacious kitchen-living room. Apartment large has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a separate children's bedroom with 3 to 4 beds and a spacious kitchen-living room. (The extra charge for apartment large is 20,00 Euro/night). All apartments have a large south-facing balcony, with table chairs and deck chairs, 1 SAT TV sets, WLAN, safe, hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, cookware. For a stay of less than 4 nights will be charged for the use of the kitchen 90,00 euros. You do not need to bring bed linen, towels and bathrobes. If you wish, we can also clean the apartment for you every day. The price for this is 20,00 Euro/day. For a one-time cleaning in between we charge 30,00 Euro. This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

Breathtaking views from the 39 m² of living space on the top floor of the holiday home. The sunlit rooms owe their unique charm to the glass conservatory. The paddocks for our horses and the surrounding mountain landscapes lie at your feet. The recommended occupancy is 1-4 persons.
