Alpine pasture drive in Ridnaun/Ridanna

On Saturday, 26 September, the traditional cattle drive in Ridnaun invites you to experience local traditions, admire the beautifully decorated animals and enjoy a festive day out for the whole family.

The festival starts at 10:00 a.m. The cattle are expected to arrive in Maiern at around 11:30 a.m., before making their way through the village in a traditional procession. Browse the farmers' market with its regional products and enjoy food, drinks and live music throughout the day.

From Sterzing 16 km on the provincial road in the direction of the Ridnauntal valley until the end of the valley in Maiern.
