Let go of everything that does not belong to us in the old year and be ready for the new that is coming: we meet at the Stilfes clubhouse, do breathing exercises together and focus on our mindset. Then we go to our spot on the Eisack river and consciously expose ourselves to the cold.

Anyone who wants to have this experience should be in good health and act on their own responsibility.
