The Balneum is an indoor and outdoor swimming and wellness center with a spacious sauna area in Sterzing, in the northern part of South Tyrol. Various pools — including a sports pool, whirlpools, a toddlers’ pool, and a year-round heated outdoor pool — invite visitors to relax, breathe deeply, and enjoy a sense of well-being. With a sauna and wellness oasis covering more than 1,000 square meters, the Balneum also offers a sauna experience designed to meet the highest expectations.
