This cosy apartment has approx. 40 m² and is located on the first floor of our holiday home. It is south-west facing and so gets the early morning sun. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and has a small balcony.

The 32 m² accommodation consists of a living room and bedroom with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a sleeping area with box-spring bed, as well as a bathroom, thus offering space for 2 people. It has a balcony with a view of the Tatschspitze and the Wipptal valley basin with the small village of Mauls.
The amenities also include high-speed WiFi with a workstation for home office, heating, a Smart TV with cable, satellite TV and streaming services, children's books and toys, as well as a shared area with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
